This word of the Lord concerning Wilmore, Kentucky came in the early morning hours of October 25, 2024. Wilmore is the home of Asbury University and Seminary. In February of 2023, revival broke out once again on the campus of the University, and spread to other states and countries.

“The City is Mine. The city of Wilmore is Mine. I AM its governance, its equitability, its strength. Many great people have come from this small city. A City on a Hill. I protected its water tower with My cross. The ground upon which it stands is sacred. My Ground.

“The lineage of saints from Wilmore shall rise to greater heights. My Warriors. Holiness befits this city. A mist shall rise from Wilmore that waters the nation. The mist of My Glory. Droplets to all fifty states. Power to Iowa. Strength to Illinois. Tinsel to Chicago. The breath of My gospel shines forth overseas from Wilmore. The cries of the Saints rise to My throne, cries of the ages joined together for the nations. A president shall rise out of Wilmore, crowned with My Glory. His feet shall trod the nation in the footsteps of My Son. He will cry, ‘Holy, holy, holy is the Lord God Almighty. Blessed is the Lamb of God.’

“Wells of revival dug here in Wilmore will water the nations. The earth is Mine, the ground is Mine. My Spirit hovers where it will. I look down from heaven on a patch of land and say, ‘There, there shall My Spirit lie, shall take flight to the nations.’

“Pray for the borders of Wilmore. My angels guard this land. No encroachment allowed. No ‘a little taking here and there.’ When I set aside land for My purposes, I set a Star over it. Wilmore’s Star shall not dim. My Name dwells here to the end of eternity. My Cross bears My Signet. My Power and My Might dwell in this City on a Hill. The Hill of My Cross, My Son’s Blood to the nations. My synergy of the ages rests in Wilmore. Saints of Old and saints to come. Flash forth, flash forth, Wilmore, governed by the Rain of My Water. Shine through the ages for My Kingdom. The Glory is Mine, the Earth is Mine, and I choose My Hallowed Ground where I will. I Will MORE to Wilmore. This city has just begun to Shine My Light, for your future will eclipse the past–and the past itself is great. Glory be to the Lamb and the Lion. Glory be to THE KING. Amen.”

Notes:

I grew up in Wilmore and still have family there, although I moved away many years ago. This word opened my eyes to see this “city on a [spiritual] hill” as the Lord sees it, rather than simply the small town where I lived.

There is a water tower on a hill that stands over Wilmore, with a large cross on top. I learned there was some sort of legal fight over this cross in attempts to have it removed. It still stands.

I have no idea what “tinsel to Chicago” means. 🙂 We shall see.

This was a hard word to record. I knew it would be intense because of the intensity of God’s power surge that He loosed over my body to wake me up for recording. This is the most weighty word to date He has given me. I release it in humility and reverence. And trust. (I have learned to not allow my rational, finite mind to argue with God’s words. I must write in faith. If I balk at recording a sentence, the Lord stops speaking further until I do.) I encourage you to pray before reading and ask the Lord for ears to hear His heart in the message. This word is long and required me to look up many Bible verses to place in the notes. These, too, are a vital part of His message to us. I ask the Lord for His blessing on you as you read.

4:24: “I Am coming soon. Have I told you that before? Did you listen? 

“What do I mean by ‘come?’

“I would have a word with My People. When I say ‘I am coming,’ your thoughts and assumption turn to a teaching you call the “rapture.” Not a word in My Word. I would contend with you. Your thoughts of “rapture” is that My Son comes to take My People off the Earth.

“Why would He take you from the Earth, when the Earth is your inheritance? 

“Where is My Son’s Kingdom to be established? Why did He teach you to pray, ‘Thy Kingdom come, Thy will be done on earth?’ Did He not tell you to go into all the world to tell others of Me? Did He not tell you to heal the sick on Earth? Did He not tell you to conduct business on the Earth until He comes? Did My Son not consistently speak of His Kingdom being ‘at hand’ while He was on the Earth?

“When I made man, did I not tell him to take care of My Earth? Was this not My Gift to him from the beginning? Who stole man’s authority over the Earth – his inheritance? Did I not curse the serpent of Satan for doing so? Did My Son Jesus not come to the Earth to reverse this curse? Was His death on the cross not for the remission of man’s sins and to return his inheritance?”

“Do I need you to rule My heaven? Do I need you to harvest the lost, whom I love and My Son died for, in heaven? Did I not crown My creation with My final act of creating man in My image – a creation that stunned even My angels? Did I not create the Earth FOR man? 

“You shun My gift and My Purpose of rulership for You when you focus only on being taken OUT of earth. Will My Son come to Earth at the Day I have established – and I alone know – to judge the wicked and take His People to Himself for rulership on My perfected, made new earth? Yes, He shall.

“Heaven is My dwelling place, a place of refuge and reward for My People who pass from the Earth. It is a perfect, wild, beautiful home for you to enjoy when you must leave the Earth I created for you. What do My People in heaven, who know no bounds in joy and love, look forward to? Returning to the Earth I made for them – a perfect, restored Earth of My Son’s ETERNAL REIGN.

“Do I not love My Earth? Do I not know every sparrow? Could I not number for you the grains of sand within it? Did My Voice not carve out mountains and valleys? Do I not grieve over the people whom I created who do not know Me? Did My Son not commission you to draw them to Me?

“THE EARTH IS NOT YOURS TO DISDAIN, fallen though it now is. Do My eyes see only its current fallen state? Do I not have plans to restore it to perfection? Answer Me this if you can, My Beloved People: Do I ever turn away from Satan in order to let him win? Does My Word not say ‘when the thief is caught, he must repay seven times?’ Is it My Nature to give up on the Earth I created for you and leave it to Satan to destroy? What of the animals and birds I created and love? What of the beauty of mountains My Hands carved, the oceans My Hands scooped forth? I know the leaves on every tree. Would I give this all to Satan to destroy as he wills? WHY WOULD I GIVE HIM THE EARTH I CREATED FOR YOU?

“Look not to the serpent’s punishment for eternity. Yes, he reaps his just reward. But that has never been the concern and focus I created for Man. Your focus is the Great I AM who created you. Your focus is to serve and praise Me, and delight in all I have given you. 

“Why is My perfect gift of Earth to you now so imperfect? What caused it to fall? Was it not the sin of man? Does the blood of the innocent not cry out to Me and cause the ground to be cursed? Were thorns and thistles not a resulting curse to Adam? Does continued sin not continue to curse the ground I made to be Perfect? What heals the ground? Is it not My People seeking My Face and confessing their sin?

“Do I call you to run away from Satan and allow him to keep all he has stolen from you? I HAVE GIVEN YOU AUTHORITY OVER ALL THE POWER OF EVIL. Your authority was BOUGHT BY THE BLOOD OF MY SON. Why, in the same moment, do you thank Him for saving you from your sins – and disdain the very place He has given you to rule in your newly created being?

“THE EARTH IS YOUR’S, NOT SATAN’S.

“What would it look like on Earth if all My People stood in their BLOOD BOUGHT AUTHORITY and struck Satan down? Does My Word not provide you a picture of My Creation – your inheritance – at peace? Have I not given you all the POWER and AUTHORITY you need to accomplish this? Are you not seated next to My Son in the heavenly places, far above ALL rule, authority, power, and dominion? What do you lack to cast Satan and his demons down, to rule as righteous servants of your GOD and the people I created and love? YET YOU SET YOUR HEART NOT ON THESE THINGS, BUT ON FLEEING THE EARTH I GAVE YOU TO ESTABLISH MY SON’S KINGDOM. This is a high GRIEVANCE to Me, your God. I DID NOT CREATE YOU TO CEDE YOUR VERY INHERITANCE to the great deceiver. Indeed, he has deceived you, even you who love and serve Me. He has turned your heart to a ‘promise’ created and echoed through Satan himself. What, according to My Son, do the poor in spirit inherit? What do the meek inherit? MY EARTH. Created for you, stolen by Satan. How complacent and forlorn, helpless and weak he has made you. How he has twisted My promises. He stole your inheritance, your Earth, from you – and now he would have you lay down your weapons against him and allow him to utterly command Earth in its entirety. For your heart and focus is not set on rising up and conquering this enemy who is burned and tortured by My Son’s Blood shed for you. Your heart is instead longing to be taken out, snatched away and rescued from this wicked, hopeless world, and a foe too mighty for you to conquer. 

Where is a soldier’s focus in the heat of battle? Is it not on the battle itself, every movement calculated to claim territory? How well would the soldiers fight with a focus on being rescued from the battle? WIN THIS BATTLE ON EARTH. You lack nothing for VICTORY but your own priorities. You are to be KINGDOM MINDED, not rescue minded. You DO NOT NEED RESCUE. A rescue is accomplished and necessary for those too weak to conquer their foe. Do you ever hear of the Mighty being rescued? Look to your own stories on Earth. Are not the Mighty Ones the heroes, the rescuers of the oppressed? ARE YOU NOT MIGHTIER by My Son’s BLOOD than all of these?

“I call you, My Beloved Children, to fight for your inheritance. To TRUST that I will see you through. Your eternal rewards are great, beyond wildest imagination of man. TRUST that they await you for eternity and its joy. For now, you must fight. FIGHT YOUR FOE, NOT EACH OTHER.

“Why is it, do you think, that matters of what you call ‘eschatology’ are the most contested among My People? What has caused more arguments among you? Is this contention of Me? Is it not the icing on the cake, as you would say, of your enemy’s wiles? Twisted truth, topped with never-ending arguments of which twisted form is correct.

“Come, let us reason together. My WORD contains mysteries you know not. Ask ME, the Author, to reveal them and their truth to you. Trust not the teaching of men over My own. Come to Me in humility and an open heart to know and understand, open ears to hear. Spend time with Me, and I will reveal to you MY truth. You must be willing to give up what never was of Me. My TRUTH is so much higher, far more STUNNING than man could ever conceive. Do you love Me? Do you trust Me for TRUTH? Come to Me in humility, not self defense of your own ‘knowledge.’ I need you in the battle NOW. I need you to stand in your authority. I need you for the harvest of lost souls. Who, but My People, are on Earth to help Me bring in this Great Harvest? Who will tell My Story, My TRUTH, but you?

“Look not to be ‘rescued’ from evil when My Son HAS ALREADY RESCUED YOU BY HIS BLOOD. Look to be His hands and feet, His mouth on earth, to rescue those still caught in their own sin.

“MY KINGDOM SHALL COME! MY WILL SHALL BE DONE–ON EARTH, AS IT IS IN HEAVEN. AMEN.”

He knows what is in the darkness, and the light dwells with Him…there is a God in heaven who reveals mysteries…”

Psalm 86:11: Teach me Your way, O Lord; I will walk in Your truth;
Unite my heart to fear Your name.

John 14:6: Jesus *said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father but through Me.”

Matthew 9:37-38: Then He said to His disciples, “The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. Therefore beseech the Lord of the harvest to send out workers into His harvest.”

11:04: “Get to the high ground. The high ground is Me. Lawlessness and ruthlessness is coming. Hide yourself in Me. I AM your shelter in all storms. I AM the One who hides you. Look to Me, call out to Me, and I will answer. I will tell you where to go, what to do. Remember the power of My angels who guard you. Where My hand lies, no one can harm. Remember that you fight not against people, but the spirits who move them. Cast the spirits down in My Name and by the Power of My Blood. Render them and their plans NULL and VOID. Call out to Me–and watch even fire pass over you. KNOW THAT I AM IN THE STORM. I AM your rudder, your guide, your anchor. TRUST ME. Listen to ME, not the fear they would place upon you. Timing will be critical. Move when I tell you to move. Speak when I tell you to speak. Otherwise be silent. I WILL see you to the other side. Past the storm lies peace. My nation America has years of prosperity ahead. Prosperity only I can give–of soul, spirit, and body. Praise Me through the storm. Render PRAISE as your WEAPON. Your enemy shrieks at the Praises of My People. Rest, REST in Me–a REST that rises above all circumstances. Declare the safety of yourself and your family, your children. I AM a Gracious God. I have work in your nation, oh America, that must be accomplished to the full and final. Allow Me to WORK THROUGH THE STORM.

“Glory be to the Father and the Son. Glory to the Holy Spirit. All Praise to the Three in One. God’s KINGDOM COME! Amen.”

1:27: “‘We are many.’ What does this mean?

“The enemy has many, both in spirits and people. Many together? Yes. Count them and marvel. Great power, great surge? ‘We are too big to fail.’ God laughs at them. I could blow them all over with a mere thought. These ‘many’ will FAIL.

“What is ‘many?’

“What is a count number to you, My People? At what amount should you think they can now overcome the Great I AM?

“YOU, My People, are Many. Add My angels, and you cannot be counted. ‘There are more of us than there are of them.’ Many in numbers? Yes. Rejoice in this. But – no need to count. What if you, and you alone stood in battle? Are you ‘many?’ How many do I need of you to overcome? At what number does the outcome tip in the favor of the Great I AM?

“DO NOT be intimidated by the enemy’s numbers. One, they lie. Two, no matter the number, I AM GREATER. Call on Me. I AM with you. Stay by My side, fight for Me and My Kingdom– and you shall never be overcome. No number accounts for the RESURRECTION POWER that is in you. Stand firm, speak My words. Speak My Word. I AM with you. I and you equal VICTORY. Victory right now and forever. Amen.”

5:00: “Hear Me from heaven. Look to Me. Follow my guidance. Yes, I say this to you again and again. It sounds like repetition now. But in the heat of battle, you will remember. DO NOT FEAR. Fear is the work of the enemy. The minute it comes upon you, cast it off with the Power of My Blood. A fearful mind roils in fear and cannot hear My Voice. Do not doubt the outcome. I work in ways beyond your imagination. This is why TRUST is so important. Root yourself in Me, and when the storm comes, you will remain grounded, able to Trust that I will take care of you. A soldier does not prepare on the battlefield. He prepares before, so that in battle his actions come naturally, already a part of him. Plant yourself now in the rich soil of Trust. This will serve you well when the winds come.

“All praise to God, who sits on His throne. All praise to the Son and Spirit. Amen.”

Prov. 3:5-6: Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.

3:03: “Shut Me out no more, My People. I would speak with you. I would guide you. I would keep you in the storm. Come to Me now, repent for your sins, and get back in line with Me. You must spend time with Me. You must learn to hear My Voice. I have so much for you to do, wonderful things. Glorious. You will miss this if you cannot discern My Call and Command. Do not think hearing Me speak is beyond or above you. I want ALL of My children to hear Me, to speak with Me intimately. How does a mother distinguish her baby’s cry among all others? By spending time with her child and learning her sounds. So it is with Me. You cannot know Me without the spenditure of your time. I AM the God of all. I AM your God. What would be so important in your world that you do not choose to give me TIME?

“Your choice of priorities is not a discipline alone. Your choice of priorities rises from your heart. If you do not desire Me above all, even time spent reading My Word can be stale and unsatisfying. A job done by rote. This is a cycle. You must desire to spend time with Me. The more you spend time with Me, the more you will desire Me. How to begin this circle? Call out to Me. Ask Me for the desire to begin, to change your habits. I will give it to you. Ask Me–and say yes to My answer. I cannot help if your answer is no. Not now, later, maybe, I’ll think about it, tomorrow–these are ‘no.’ Yes to Me is quick obedience. Do I deserve any less? Come to Me–and build up no regrets. We have much to do together. My children are My greatest joy. Come–JOY with Me. Amen.”

1:15: “I would have you record your Wholeness in Me. Remember that I made you for Myself. You were never meant to walk through life alone, without Me. Our relationship and fellowship is your Wholeness. Without the Lord God in your life, you are missing a vital piece of your life. A twin does not know how to be alone. From the earliest moment of awareness, he feels his twin alongside. So it is with you and the Lord God, your Maker. From the first awareness in the womb, you knew Me. Your spirit came from Me. I knit your spirit, taken from My very Self, together with your body at the moment of conception. As your body formed in the womb, your spirit sang with the knowledge of Me. Thrust out into the world at birth, you struggled with sudden new stimuli. They pulled at your attention. The more you grew and learned of your physical world, the less attention you paid to the memories of your spirit. Still, that spirit knowledge remained in you–and is in you until this day. Ever felt not quite whole? As if something is missing in your life? That Something is Me. Your spirit memory calls out for the Lord, your Maker. I AM your Wholeness. I AM your life–your true Life of spirit and body. The pervasive sin of this fallen world coats your spirit as you grow, telling you that only what you see in this world matters. But deep inside, your spirit knows the truth and cries out for Me. Satan, your enemy, would have you fill the void with the things of this world. They CANNOT FILL the void of Me. Your body requires stimuli and sustenance of the earth. Your spirit requires a relationship with the One who created you. It is the misplaced “filling” of your spirit with physical things that leaves you empty. One of My many mysteries. The more you try to fill your spirit with things of this physical world, the emptier your spirit feels. Heed the cry of your spirit–and fill it with Me, the Lord God who created your spirit first–before your body spring to life at conception. You seek wholeness of life? I AM your Life. I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life. When you push Me away, you push away the most vital piece of yourself. Choose Life – choose Me. Your Life depends on this. Amen.”
