October 2024: In 2020, God unexpectedly nudged me out of my career to spend my days in prayer as He led. These past four years have been such a blessed time of deepening my walk with Jesus, and in preparation for whatever He calls me to do next. I’ve kept a journal of this amazing journey and have recorded the words He has spoken to me along the way. Now the Lord is telling me it’s time to post His words so that many can hear. Not something I ever imagined I would do. But at His calling, I can only say, “Yes, Lord.” It never ceases to astound me that the God of all creation desires us to know Him as He knows us. And so, in awe of His great kindness, I joyfully share His mighty words. I encourage you to take time over them, pray them aloud over your life. Sometimes His words are hard to understand and require further study in the Bible and prayer. More than once His words have challenged me to let go of my interpretation of certain passages of the Bible–and simply embrace what the Author would reveal.

If God’s words come at night, which they often do, I include the time stamp of when He woke me up to record. Sometimes the numbers themselves carry meaning.

May you be blessed by all the Lord has to say to you through His words recorded here–His spoken words that carry revelation of His character and always point us back to His written word in the Bible.

Revelation 19:10–“The testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.”
