“I want to tell you to be quiet. Be Quiet before Me. You, My People, are not acquainted enough with My Quiet. Little wonder, looking at the chaos and noise and distraction of your world. Yet – are you not to live ABOVE your world? Are you not to live as I call you to live? Think on this: who created the chaos and distraction and noise in your world? Things to distract you from Me? Do you think any of this came from Me? Or did it come from your enemy? Think on this further: if such came from your enemy, why do you so easily fall prey to it?

“I have spoken this before to you. I speak it again: My Voice can be louder than all. Louder than anything your enemy throws at you. My Voice, My words spoken, hewed out every mountain and valley and ocean of your world. Oh yes, My Voice has the ability to be HEARD ABOVE ALL. But – I will not constantly yell at you, My People. I will not reduce Myself to constantly increasing the sound of My Voice to you, when what I ask of you is just the opposite. I want you to be able to discern My Voice when it is ever more quiet. When I come to you as a mere whisper, I want you to know it is I, the Lord your God. I do not ‘compete’ with your enemy. He is no competition for Me. I seek you out, My People, in the way in which I choose. In ways designed to ever draw you closer to Me.

“The best way to start hearing My quiet Voice is to set aside quiet time with Me. Learn in the quietude of your surroundings to hear Me. As you learn, I can then teach you to carry your ever-more attuned ears amid distraction. Amid the goings-on of your day.

“Those of you who say to Me, the Lord your God – ‘but I have no time to give You. My day is already full.’ Do you hear the ridiculousness of such a response? I would speak to you of your priorities. I would also remind you – I never call My People to do something for Me without equipping them to do so. You want to learn to hear My Voice better, yet think you have too little time? Come to ME with this issue. Ask Me to show you My answer. I say this to you, and I declare to you that you MUST heed this word: you cannot strengthen your walk with the Lord your God if you do not work to hear and discern My Voice. Your enemy would use even your seeking of Me for his own benefit. He would twist that seeking in order to make you all too easily fooled by his deceiving ‘truth.’

“Events are coming, My People, that will require you to remain unshakable. You cannot discern earthly events properly without My discerning eyes and ears. You will get bogged down in circumstances, which will only lead to despondency and doubt. I require you to have the eyes of heaven to see events on earth while understanding that I AM Lord over all.

“Understand that there is a spirit of lulling released through the distraction of the world. A lulling, hypnotic spirit that draws in your attention and always requires more. This lulling can come from your deceitful news, from voices you seek out in what you call the Internet. It can come through the voices of friends and family, who speak their own opinions regarding any matter without ever asking MY opinion. Ask Me to make you alert to this spirit of lulling. Ask Me to hone your understanding of the subtle, captivating ways in which your enemy seeks to misguide you.

“I AM ever your Answer. Your answer as to what to believe, where to go, what to do on any given day. I hold all the Keys to your joyous living. Your promised Life from Me of abundant Joy and Victory only comes through intimacy with Me. I long for this. Do you? DO YOU? Your choices and actions form your answer to this question – not your mere spoken response. Choose wisely in this. Choose Joy. Amen.”
