7/6/26: “Independence Day. You just celebrated this day in your nation of America. I want to talk to you about independence. My version – the true version – of independence.

“Independence is the Freedom to do, to live, to act as you choose. I built independence into each person I created. I didn’t have to do that, you know. After all, I made you. I could have fashioned you, every person, to Love Me and to want nothing more than to fully and constantly obey Me. This, indeed, is the way in which I choose for you to live. For full obedience and a heart full of the Lord your God leads to a life brimming with My Joy, Truth, and Love. A life of purpose and destiny as I designed it for you. And yet amid all the Power that I possess to make you, I chose to allow you to say ‘no’ to Me. Yes, I built independence – Freedom – into you. I gave you the choice – live as you choose to live on your own, or choose to follow Me as I guide you.

“Every person wants to be free. Every person knows deep in his, in her, spirit that Freedom is an inherent gift of the soul. I built that knowledge of true Freedom into you. That knowledge and desire for Freedom was designed to send you running toward ME, the Lord your God who made you and designed your destiny. In ancient days, your enemy, satan, arose against man and woman and convinced them I did not truly want their Freedom. That their greatest Freedom lay in choosing to NOT obey Me. And so they doubted Me and listened to the voice of their deceiving enemy – and fell into sin. And ever since, your enemy has been deceiving mankind with the same old lie. That your choice for freedom is better than My choice for your Freedom.

“My choice to give you independence and the chance to choose goes hand-in-hand with My Love for you – true Love as I designed it. True Love is never forced, for it springs from the very depths of you, like an underground spring bubbling up, flowing forth out of the ground. When you choose Me, you learn My meaning of Love. You learn the fullness of Love. Love is not self-centered, but always God-centered and others-centered. Love chooses for the good of another, even to one’s own hurt. A heart full of Love for Me soars above every difficult circumstance of the earth. For Love toward Me teaches you to Trust Me. And your Trust of Me leads to true Joy as I designed it. Not a fading, flickering happiness of the earth. But irrepressible, ever flowing Joy.

“Want to celebrate true Independence? Choose to follow the Lord your God, who built that desire for Freedom into you. Satan’s deceit, his old, tired lie, is to tell you that only you can choose what Freedom looks like for yourself. Your enemy knows that’s a lie. For I made you and fashioned you before you were born. I wrote out and designed a purpose for you in My Kingdom. I know potentials and heights to which you can soar that you can never dream of without Me. Your enemy turns your eyes only toward the earth, tainted and weighted with sin as it is. I turn your eyes toward your Boundless God, who can lead you to heights you have never known – should you simply choose to follow. Satan’s lie and definition of ‘freedom’ contains no freedom at all. For he looks to enslave you. He turns My God-given choice to you for Freedom into slavery to him and his evil kingdom. His ‘freedom’ is indeed eternal death. I have chosen Eternal Life for you. I sent My Son to die on a cross to buy your Eternal Life. His death and resurrection defeated satan and all his works. You need not be beaten down by lies and helplessness and hopelessness of the evils in this world. Bring forth out of your spirit the God-give chance to CHOOSE ME – and discover what your life is truly all about.

“Again I say to you, you doubtful and hard-hearted ones: your idea of freedom is NO FREEDOM AT ALL. You lie to yourself in such declaration. True Freedom lies only in the Lord your God, who Loves you and fashioned you from the beginning. Stop making your foolish choices – and CHOOSE WISELY. CHOOSE ME.”

II Corinthians 3:17: Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom.

John 8:32, 34, 36: You will know the truth, and the truth will make you free…Truly, truly, I say to you, everyone who commits sin is the slave of sin…So if the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed. 

Deuteronomy 30:19: This day I call the heavens and the earth as witnesses against you that I have set before you life and death, blessings and curses. Now choose life, so that you and your children may live.

Galatians 5:13: You, my brothers and sisters, were called to be free. But do not use your freedom to indulge the flesh; rather, serve one another humbly in love.

Psalm 118:5: Out of my distress I called on the Lord; the Lord answered me and set me free.

I Corinthians 13:4-7: Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.

Luke 4:18: The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim liberty to the captives and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty those who are oppressed.

Galatians 6:7-8: Do not be deceived: God is not mocked, for whatever one sows, that will he also reap. For the one who sows to his own flesh will from the flesh reap corruption, but the one who sows to the Spirit will from the Spirit reap eternal life.

Romans 6:23: For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Matthew 11:28: Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.
