“I AM a hammer. A hammer against the unrighteous, against the unjust. Against the arrogant. Against the mouths speaking ‘wisdom’ which is no wisdom at all. I AM a hammer against all who stand against Me.

“They think their lives are their own. Their mouths and their words are their own. They think I will not recompense for the words of their tongues. They think I do not see into their hearts, blackened by sin, by disregard of the Lord their God. They live and speak and act and breathe as if all of these things come from themselves, from their own strength. NO ONE TAKES A BREATH UNLESS I WILL IT. Every moment, every heartbeat, every sight and sound, is because I allow it.

“Hammers do two things. They pound in for placement. And they tear out. I pound in as I choose. I tear out what I deem needs to be removed. Man does not act on his own, completely outside of Me. Wicked acts can only be done as long as I tolerate. As long as I weigh My Mercy against their Judgment. ‘In Him we live and move and have our being.’ This is true of the righteous and the unrighteous. My Hand is over all.

“So what is to be done toward wickedness? My people hate the wickedness they see in the world. I hate it more. I call out to those caught in their own wickedness and offer to remove them from it. From the sin that binds them. Many heed. Many do not. Those who continue in their habit of refusing to heed My words will not remain. Pray to Me, My People, to remove them from their places of power. I remove the wicked to protect the oppressed. For their cries come to My ears.

“Do not judge me for ‘taking too much time’ to move against wickedness. Only I can carry the weight of the balance of My scales of Justice. Use your mouth to praise Me. To remind Me of promises I have made you for yourself, your family, your nation. Stay by My side, ears inclined toward Me. This is your rest and your comfort. This is your peace and place of wisdom. Any straying from Me only weakens you, only gives the world better chance to catch your ears and eyes with tainted truth, with deception. My People, do not grow weary. You have no need at this time to dwell in weariness, for I AM able to give all the refreshment you need. The fight is not ‘too long.’ The fight is as I have planned it. And as the fight against evil continues, I constantly gird you, strengthen and uphold you. I AM preparing you for your future work in My Kingdom.

“I call out to you again, My People, do not give up the fight at this time due to weariness. Why should you remain in weariness when you serve a God who never runs out of energy and strength? Let Me hammer as I choose – and pull out as I choose. Trust Me and My Goodwill toward people and nations.

“I say to you once again – I have all you need to continue in this battle against evil as I have called you to do. I never call without properly equipping. I see you as I made you to be. Too often you see yourself as how the world wants you to be. As how the world has made you to be due to all the evil within it. This is why you must keep your eyes on Me at all times. Hear MY Voice, not the voice of the enemy in the world. You lack NOTHING with Me by your side.

“Dwell in these words – and feel yourself strengthen in their power. For they carry Truth. And all of those who are truly My People yearn for Truth. Amen.”

Notes:

I find the subject of God allowing evil for a time a difficult one. This word reminds me that He is in charge, and He knows what He’s doing– far better than my earthly judgments. I am left to simply trust Him.

Proverbs 5:21-23: For your ways are in full view of the Lord, and he examines all your paths. The evil deeds of the wicked ensnare them; the cords of their sins hold them fast. For lack of discipline they will die, led astray by their own great folly.

Proverbs 11:21: Be assured, an evil person will not go unpunished, but the offspring of the righteous will be delivered.

Isaiah 13:11: I will punish the world for its evil, the wicked for their sins. I will put an end to the arrogance of the haughty and will humble the pride of the ruthless.

II Peter 3:9: The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. Instead he is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.

Psalm 11:4-7: The Lord is in His holy temple; the Lord’s throne is in heaven; His eyes behold, His eyelids test the sons of men. The Lord tests the righteous and the wicked, And the one who loves violence His soul hates. Upon the wicked He will rain snares; Fire and brimstone and burning wind will be the portion of their cup. For the Lord is righteous, He loves righteousness; The upright will behold His face.

Isaiah 40:29-31: He gives strength to the weary, and to him who lacks might He increases power. Though youths grow weary and tired, and vigorous young men stumble badly, yet those who wait for the Lord will gain new strength; They will mount up with wings like eagles, they will run and not get tired, they will walk and not become weary.

Hebrews 13:20-21: Now the God of peace, who brought up from the dead the great Shepherd of the sheep through the blood of the eternal covenant, Jesus our Lord, equips you in every good thing to do His will, working in us that which is pleasing in His sight, through Jesus Christ, to whom be the glory forever and ever. Amen.

Romans 12:2: Do not be conformed to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is – his good, pleasing and perfect will.
