April 17, 2026

One month from today, May 17, 2026, is a highly significant and nation-changing day in the USA. During the National Prayer Breakfast on February 5, 2026, President Trump proclaimed this day as “Rededicate 250: A National Jubilee Of Prayer, Praise & Thanksgiving.” On this day at the National Mall in Washington, DC, people from all over the nation will join in “giving thanks and praise to God for 250 years of His Providence for the United States, in praying that God Bless and Protect America for the next 250 years, and in solemnly rededicating our country as One Nation under God.”

Such a rededication/return to covenant with God results in a powerful shifting in the spirit realm. God responds with blessings and favor and will continue–as long as the nation continues in their obedience to Him. I expect an acceleration in the fulfillment of God’s promises for America after this day.

On May 17, 2025, God spoke to His People in America about returning the nation to covenant. It’s no coincidence that His invitation came exactly one year to the day before Rededicate 250. I believe the Lord led President Trump to declare this day of dedication–and on this very date. I highly encourage you to take part in this event. Attend if you can. If not, spend the day in fasting and prayer for our nation. These prayers are powerful!

Here is the Lord’s word to us on May 17, 2025 about national rededication:

“As I create individuals, so I create and build nations. I create nations with culture and language to Love Me. Nations go astray when they leave My Word. Nations prosper when they return and cling to My Word.

“Oh America, and every individual within America, come to Me. Come to Me in Trust and Faith. I provide shelter in the storm, unshakable ground amid the shaking. Rise, RISE, people of America. Stand in My Light. Praise Me for all I am about to do in America. Remember My Love for you and for your nation of America – a nation in covenant with Me. I DO NOT FORGET covenant. Rest in this Truth as your nation shakes. I will shake out the wicked. I will raise America to righteousness. You shall truly be a Nation under God. All of this is done, will be done, out of My LOVE for you. Tenderly I have kept you and not forsaken you, America, even as you have gone terribly astray from Me. I AM bringing you back. Painstakingly creating and painting you as I would a flower. You shall be My Flower, oh America. Beautiful and strong and raising your face to the SON. This is your destiny.

“I, the Lord God, have spoken. Amen.”

America’s covenant with God: In 1607, a group of newcomers to the New World led by Pastor Robert Hunt arrived at Virginia Beach. They dedicated the country to God by planting a wooden cross on the beach and declaring: “We do hereby dedicate this Land, and ourselves, to reach the People within these shores with the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and to raise up Godly generations after us, and with these generations take the Kingdom of God to all the earth. May this Covenant of Dedication remain to all generations, as long as this earth remains, and may this Land, along with England, be Evangelist to the World. May all who see this Cross, remember what we have done here, and may those who come here to inhabit join us in this Covenant and in this most noble work that the Holy Scriptures may be fulfilled.” After this prayer they read Psalm 22:27-28: “All the ends of the earth will remember and turn to the Lord, and all the families of the nations will worship before You. For the kingdom is the Lord’s and He rules over the nations.”

Acts 17:26-27: …and [God] made from one man every nation of mankind to live on all the face of the earth, having determined their appointed times and the boundaries of their habitation, that they would seek God…

Psalm 33:12: Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord, the people whom He has chosen for His own inheritance.

Psalm 111:5: …He will remember His covenant forever.

Proverbs 14:34: Righteousness exalts a nation, but sin condemns any people.

II Chronicles 7:14: If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land.
