1:07: “Write this down. Write this day My Writ for the United States of America:

“Whereas your God and Founder birthed this nation to serve Him for the Good of Mankind, and

“Whereas no man can stop the Will of God the Father, and

“Whereas God raised up ordinary men to extraordinary deeds and victories in the winning of its land, and

“Whereas My Son Jesus Christ is King over all nations on the earth, and

“Whereas in a moment of time, in even one day God Almighty can birth, rebirth, or tear down a nation, and

“Whereas the United States of America was sought out and founded as a Nation which would serve and honor God, and testify of His Goodness and Salvation, and

“Whereas the Word of the Lord does not go forth void, but hastens to perform the purpose for which it was sent, and

“Whereas the remnant of the Lord in the United States of America have cried out to Me day and night to forgive their nation of her sins and save her from falling to the evil one,

“Therefore I, Lord God of creation, and My Son, King Jesus, the Lion of Judah, do hereby testify, decree, and declare the United States of America shall be FREE of her captors, shall RISE again to preeminence among the nations, shall serve Me with keenness and hearts full of My Glory, shall rescue the needy and care for the oppressed, and shall worship Me in word and deed, displaying to All the World MY GLORY AND SAVING GRACE. And the WHOLE EARTH SHALL BE FULL OF MY GLORY as the waters cover the sea. My People in America and My Nations of the Earth will Shine with Glory, acting as victors and deliverers of My Power, Healing, and Salvation.

“What the Lord God has declared, NO MAN can stand against. Look UP, America, look to Me, for your salvation and deliverance draws near, and ALL MANKIND shall SEE MY GLORY burst forth from your land. AMEN and AMEN.”

2:04: “Addendum to the Proclamation of the Lord: DO NOT TURN ASIDE from My Proclamation, for by your Words and Deeds My GLORY shall enter. Amen.”

Psalm 46:8-10: Come, behold the works of the Lord, who has wrought desolations in the earth. He makes wars to cease to the end of the earth;
He breaks the bow and cuts the spear in two; He burns the chariots with fire. “Cease striving and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.”

Isaiah 66:8: “Who has heard such a thing? Who has seen such things? Can a land be born in one day? Can a nation be given birth all at once…?

Isaiah 55:11: So will My word be which goes forth from My mouth;
It will not return to Me empty, without accomplishing what I desire, and without succeeding in the matter for which I sent it.

Habakkuk 2:14: “For the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord, as the waters cover the sea.”

This word was spoken both by Jesus the Son and God the Father:

12:35: “The price to pay. What is your price to pay for your salvation?

“NOTHING. I paid it all – My life for yours.

“What price is there to pay for the salvation of your nation?

“There is no price. If I named a price, you could never pay it. My word says no one can redeem his brother. It is too costly, and he should cease trying. It is the same with a nation.

“All the nations are Mine – given to My Son as His inheritance after He surrendered His life as a redemption for all. Nations are PEOPLE – each one loved and cherished. Each one given salvation – if they only will believe and follow My Son. There is NO OTHER path to Me.

“Since My Son paid the price for your eternal salvation – why do so many consider following Him too big a price? IT IS NO PRICE AT ALL. Following Jesus is a natural response to His life given for you. To not do so is to reject the GREATEST LOVE ever offered you.

“And yet following Jesus can ‘cost’ you everything. What is everything? Your slavery and bondage to sin – for everlasting Life. Your obedience to walk His abundant path instead of the brambled and thorny path of your own will. Your destiny toward hell for His assured pathway to heaven.

“Is this true cost? Wherein lies the price? Is ‘price’ not something of worth? Where is the worth herein?

“Faith in Christ is not illogical. What is illogical about gaining eternity through giving your life to the One who gives you LIFE in all its abundance?

“Here is the ‘illogical’ part of the equation: that God would lay aside His supernatural being to become man – in order to save mankind. That is far too great a price to pay – until you pour love into the equation. Love does not consider price of one’s own. Love exists for the good of the one who is loved. ‘Ah,’ you say, ‘love. Yes, people give up everything for love.’

“Jesus gave up everything for you.

“He gave His earthly life. I gave Him back His eternal life – and the Keys to the Kingdom. He considered the pain and injustice of His earthly life no price at all – in light of the redemption His blood would buy for you. With that goal in mind, He went to His death gladly. This is LOVE.

“When the Greatest LOVE you can ever know calls for your obedience – is this a ‘price?’ Or a joy and honor?

“When the Almighty God chooses to save your nation from falling to its enemies, would you say, ‘No, not interested?’ Is not the ‘price’ paid in saying ‘no’ rather than saying ‘yes?’

“Can a nation be saved while individuals within it refuse My Son’s gift of personal salvation? Can the God-granted blessings of a saved nation fail to fall on such people? They may enjoy the abundance and prosperity of this nation fulfilling its destiny. But what of their own destiny? What of their own eternity?

“All cost to you is in saying ‘no’ to the cost He paid for you – in order that you might say ‘yes’ to the free gift of eternal life. Always, ALWAYS, your cost is in saying ‘no’ to anything He asks of you.

“CONSIDER THE COST.”

I John 4:8-10: Anyone who does not love does not know God, because God is love. In this the love of God was made manifest among us, that God sent his only Son into the world, so that we might live through him. In this is love, not that we have loved God but that he loved us and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins.

I Corinthians 6:20: For you were bought with a price. So glorify God in your body.

Psalm 49:7-8: No man can by any means redeem his brother or give to God a ransom for him—for the redemption of his soul is costly, and he should cease trying forever.

Psalm 2:7-8: “I will surely tell of the decree of the Lord: He said to Me, ‘You are My Son, Today I have begotten You. Ask of Me, and I will surely give the nations as Your inheritance, and the very ends of the earth as Your possession.’”

John 14:6: Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.”

I Corinthians 13:4-7:  Love is patient, love is kind and is not jealous; love does not brag and is not arrogant, does not act unbecomingly; it does not seek its own, is not provoked, does not take into account a wrong suffered, does not rejoice in unrighteousness, but rejoices with the truth; bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.

Hebrews 12:2: …looking only at Jesus, the originator and perfecter of the faith, who for the joy set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.

Philippians 3:7-9: But whatever things were gain to me, those things I have counted as loss for the sake of Christ. More than that, I count all things to be loss in view of the surpassing value of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord, for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and count them but rubbish so that I may gain Christ.

1:25: “Take what I have to tell you and ‘run with it,’ as you would say. I tell you this – your victory is near. What, which victory? you ask.

“Let Me tell you about victory.

“My Victory is Joy. Is winning over evil. Is Freedom from tyranny. Freedom over yourself and your own tendencies to do things that cause you harm. My Victory is Rest. Rest in Me and rest from strife. My Victory is Truth, comes on the wings of Truth. My Victory is knowledge of Me, with a hunger always to know Me better. My Victory is a heart for obedience, a mind set on heavenly things, a will set toward obedience to Me. My Victory is health in body and soul. Freedom from poverty. My Victory is gratitude. Love toward Me and others. My Victory is a healthy earth and soil that grows nutritious crops, water that is pure, air untouched by chemicals of man. My Victory is a Nation Under God, walking in covenant with Me, living according to divine statutes and law. My Victory brings forth the gifts of My Spirit. My Victory is Truth in your media, Truth spoken to one another. My Victory breeds strong families and communities, we all are cared for and served. My Victory is No War. My Victory is a vibrant church that walks with Me and carries My message of redemption to the world.

“Do all of these things come ‘overnight,’ as you would say? Breakthrough comes in a day, in a defining moment. When eyes are opened to truth, freed from masks of deception woven and placed by Satan. I HAVE GRANTED AMERICA THIS BREAKTHROUGH. After breakthrough, which brings change of heart, comes rebuilding. This requires time and effort, patience for regrowth. Even so, the results will come rapidly, far more quickly than can be attained by man’s efforts. When My hand rests on a nation, Blessings flow at MY pace. Outpouring from heaven, of heaven.

“Do you believe all this is possible?

“BLESSED, BLESSED IS THE NATION WHOSE GOD IS THE LORD.

“I shall be America’s God. My Spirit will pour across the land and turn hearts to Me. America will be rebuilt according to her covenant with Me, the covenant of your founding fathers. My Kingdom on earth is of a people whose hearts are for Me, whose first and joyous choice is of My Will. Such will be America and the nations who choose Me. Just as your life is best lived according to the destiny I designed for you long before you were born, so does a nation best live according to God’s intention and purpose. I AM YOUR GOD, AMERICA. Not wealth, power, greed. Not idols. Not idolatry of any form. Not Satan, witchcraft, and curses. Not yourself. I AM YOUR GOD. And in My Mercy, I will not let you go. I WILL HAVE the America I intended. You are My leader of nations, My Servant to them. You are to tell other nations of Me, leading by your own example of obedience and prosperity of soul and body. Rejoice, I say, Rejoice for your Victory is near. Keep your eyes on Me as evil is brought down. Remember My promises to you and rest your faith upon them. You will not fall, America. You will no longer be easy prey for evil. Evil shall be YOUR prey.

“Go with God? Yes. Go with your God to VICTORY. AMEN.

“‘I don’t believe it,’ you say? Your choice, not Mine. Remember this when your disbelief costs you the blessings.”

I John 4:4: Little children, you are from God and have overcome them, for he who is in you is greater than he who is in the world.

I John 5:4: For everyone who has been born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world—our faith.

Deuteronomy 20:4: For the Lord your God is he who goes with you to fight for you against your enemies, to give you the victory.

Psalm 65:9-13: You care for the land and water it; you enrich it abundantly. The streams of God are filled with water to provide the people with grain, for so you have ordained it. You drench its furrows and level its ridges; you soften it with showers and bless its crops. You crown the year with your bounty, and your carts overflow with abundance. Psalm 3:8: Salvation belongs to the Lord; your blessing be on your people!

Psalm 60:11-12: Help us against the enemy; human help is worthless. With God on our side we will win; He will defeat our enemies.

Psalm 44:5-7: Through You we will push back our adversaries; through Your name we will trample down those who rise up against us. For I will not trust in my bow, nor will my sword save me. But You have saved us from our adversaries, and You have put to shame those who hate us.

Psalm 16:11: You will make known to me the path of life; in Your presence is fullness of joy; in Your right hand there are pleasures forever.

Psalm 128:1-2: Blessed are all who fear the Lord, who walk in obedience to him. You will eat the fruit of your labor; blessings and prosperity will be yours.

Isaiah 55:11: So shall my word be that goes out from my mouth; it shall not return to me empty, but it shall accomplish that which I purpose, and shall succeed in the thing for which I sent it.

Luke 1:37: For nothing will be impossible with God.

Psalm 33:12: Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord, the people He has chosen for His own inheritance.

Proverbs 10:22: It is the blessing of the Lord that makes rich, and He adds no sorrow to it.

Deuteronomy 28:2: All these blessings will come on you and accompany you if you obey the Lord your God.

Ephesians 1:3: Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in the heavenly realms with every spiritual blessing in Christ.

Psalm 67: May God be gracious to us and bless us and make his face shine on us—so that your ways may be known on earth, your salvation among all nations. May the peoples praise you, God; may all the peoples praise you. May the nations be glad and sing for joy, for you rule the peoples with equity and guide the nations of the earth. May the peoples praise you, God; may all the peoples praise you. The land yields its harvest; God, our God, blesses us. May God bless us still, so that all the ends of the earth will fear him.

This word came at 3:45 a.m., December 7. I have been praying for an issue in my life for a number of years now – a prayer I fully believe will be answered. That night I said to the Lord, “I don’t understand why you haven’t done this.” A few hours later, this word came as God’s reply. But it’s clearly not just for me. All believers at some point wonder why God hasn’t done something. This series of questions God poses could be answered different ways, depending on the person’s mindset. I am once again amazed at the depth of revelation He gives us.

I later looked up the word “impart” to fully understand what God is saying in the first sentence. One of its meanings is “to make known, to disclose.” That makes sense here, as God discloses His thoughts about our questions.

3:45: “The hardest thing to impart is a ‘no.’

“Is ‘no’ the real answer? Is the expectation of an immediate tangible answer? Is the ‘I don’t understand why you don’t…’ fixated on the earthly circumstance? Is there faith in the question? A real seeking to understand?

“Am I pleased with the question? Does it offend me? Is it sin? Am I a big enough God to handle the questioning?

“Start with what you know of Me and work backwards. Am I a loving God? Always intending to teach you more about Me, pull you closer to Me? Do I always seek to build faith? Do I always have a plan? Am I true to My Word?

“What are you left with? A ‘no’ to be mean? Am I not paying attention?

“What am I seeking from you?

“Is the question sincerely seeking to understand Me better? Or just a complaint?

“Can I handle complaints? Do they help you? Is faith and praise a ‘rising above’ a complaint?

“Think on these things – and come back to Me with your answers. A good place to start.”

11:03: “Act now. Act now, America. Turn to Me with your whole heart. Listen for My assignments I have to give you. All of My People have work to do in My Kingdom.

“Do you understand what My Kingdom on earth is? It is My REIGN as King. The Earth is MINE to lead, not Satan’s. Not man’s. MINE. My inheritance – shared with My People, My co-heirs. In My Kingdom you take your stand, wielding your authority over your enemy. Satan and his minion demons will no longer have free rein to do as they please on earth. Your authority over them, Your words spoken as My co-heirs of the nations, are your mighty weapons against the tyranny and slavery of evil. You carry My Resurrection Power. You will now learn to wield it as intended. You are not slaves to evil. You are rulers with Christ. You are free to love Me and serve one another. Free to nurture the earth and each other. Full of My Holy Spirit, Powerful in Faith, carriers of My Glory, living in My Peace and Joy. Lies and deception, trickery and sleight-of-hand, will rule no more. Truth reigns, My Truth. I AM TRUTH.

The cost to you is your obedience to Me. A small price to pay for a King who loves you and gave His life for you. Your obedience unlocks the power I have given you over evil. Obedience is as a strong fortress surrounding you, making you impenetrable to the wiles of Satan. His lies cannot overcome My Truth. He only has power over you when you yield to his deception. When you fasten your eyes on him and the world rather than on Me. Such is the way My People have lived. NO MORE. I come to give Life, LIFE MORE ABUNDANT in all ways. Shed the chains of evil that have bound you, My People. Why should My People, bought by My Blood, be depressed, sick, weary, hopeless, stained with sin? Is this Life Abundant? I call you now to rise in Power and My Glory as My Spirit falls upon you. You are Kings and Priests with Me. WALK AS SUCH. My Kingdom on earth brings all STRENGTH, POWER, FREEDOM, JOY, PEACE, HEALTH, LOVE. Surrender your all to Me, call on My Spirit to fall on you. Arise in the Power and Glory I have always intended for you, won by My shed Blood on the cross and My Resurrection. My Kingdom on earth is you allowing Me to Reign through your daily victory over Satan and his evil. WHY SHOULD HE REIGN WHEN THE VICTORY IS YOURS? My Kingdom is YOU, allowing Me to fill you with My Power and Love. NOTHING overcomes My Love when you allow it to flow through you and out of you unhindered. Do you not see that I have given you everything to REIGN? BE SLAVES NO MORE. You shall overpower evil, you shall conquer. THIS is My Kingdom on earth – as it is in Heaven. My Kingdom is My BOUNDLESSNESS in you, flowing from you. My Kingdom is Light that dispels all darkness. My Kingdom brings Peace, puts an end to war. My Kingdom brings abundance beyond your imagination. Prostrate yourself before Me and pledge Me your all, your obedience. Give ME your life, your days, your schedule. And see what I will give you in return. I AM ABUNDANCE. Come – REIGN over evil with Me. My Kingdom comes. Amen.”

Exodus 23:22: “But if you carefully obey his voice and do all that I say, then I will be an enemy to your enemies and an adversary to your adversaries.”

Colossians 1:10-11: …walk in a manner worthy of the Lord, to please Him in all respects, bearing fruit in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God; strengthened with all power, according to His glorious might…

John 10:10: The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I came that they may have life, and have it abundantly. 

I Peter 2:9: But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for his own possession, that you may proclaim the excellencies of him who called you out of darkness into his marvelous light.

John 8:34-36: Jesus answered them, “Truly, truly, I say to you, everyone who commits sin is the slave of sin. The slave does not remain in the house forever; the son does remain forever. So if the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed.”

Romans 16:20: The God of peace will soon crush Satan under your feet.

Romans 8:37: …in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us.

Matthew 6:10: Your kingdom come. Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.
