This morning I listened online to the Sunday service at Oasis Church in Ohio. The Lord had spoken to pastor Tim Sheets that this is the day of breakthrough for His people. Prophetic words about this breakthrough flowed from Tim. He mentioned that the Lord spoke to him of Micah 2:13. This prophecy in Micah was given at the time for the nation of Israel. The Lord spoke of it as a promise for us today–King Jesus as the Breaker, leading His people through the gate. I remembered that the Lord had spoken to me about this same verse in August of 2024. When the service ended online, I opened my Bible to read Micah. But before I could start reading, the Lord said He had a word for me to record. He then spoke these amazing words for you, His people, an expounding of His promises for our breakthrough:

“Hallelujah! Hallelujah in the spirit! Hallelujah for the body! Hallelujah in the soul! So be it declared this day from the Throne of the Most High God – this is a day of BREAKTHROUGH for America. This is a day of breakthrough for My People, for My Harvest. On this day the angels fly. They zip like lightning, taking My Word, bringing forth the declarations of My People. On this day in heaven My trumpet blows. My wind blows. My Power goes forth to shine, break down, repair, and defend. THIS is the day the Lord has made. This day and many more to come – full of Glory, full of My Works, full of My Breakthrough.

“What does breakthrough mean? An army breaks through enemy lines to gain new territory. A besieging army breaks through the walls of a city to gain the city. The sun breaks through the clouds to warm the earth. Athletes break through a time, a height, a feat of play in order to set a new record. My healing breaks through disease in the body. My Voice breaks through the ground to heal the soil, to quell and comfort the voices of spilled innocent blood crying out from it. A shooting star breaks through the darkness of night to give wonder. Ice breaks through in order to break up. Spiritual dark coverings from your enemy hovering over you, hovering over your family, your nation, receive breakthrough from My Spirit. I break through masks of deceit woven by your enemy around people’s eyes and minds and hearts.

“In these days you shall see Me LIVE among you, My Presence in tangible ways. America, wake up! Dead, dormant churches – wake up! My breakthrough is near. Is HERE. Will you take it? Or will you reject and scurry back into your darkness of man-made rule and regulation and judgment?

“Only through your Mighty God will you break through. Declare your needs before Me. Declare the needs of those you love – needs of body, soul, and spirit. Declare and BELIEVE. And watch Me break through in this season.

“You who are holding back from placing your life on the altar before Me – you know who you are. You who claim to Love Me yet will not say YES to what I AM asking of you in this season – SAY YES. I will not keep asking. There comes a time when your NO encompasses you, encases you. And you miss the Glory and Blessings I had in store for you to both sow and reap. I call to you now in Love and Mercy – SAY YES. Place upon My Altar what I AM asking of you. Whenever I ask of you, I repay many times over in ways you could never have imagined. I always have far better for you than you think for yourself. Do you think Moses grew up imagining himself parting the Red Sea? Do you think Gideon imagined himself a Mighty Warrior who would free Israel from their enemies? Do you think Mary as a child ever imagined herself as the mother of the Messiah? I could go on and on. Place your LIFE upon My Altar now – and reap many times over the Blessings and Glory I have planned for you.

“In this Day and at this Time the Lord God speaks. These Promises are True. They are from the Throne Room of God. Accept these Promises and act upon them as I lead you. Your destiny as I have chosen for you blossoms NOW. Opens up before you as My Spirit falls. You are my Delight. You are My Love. I long to use you and the talents I have woven into you NOW for the good and the spreading of My Kingdom. Break through NOW with Me – and Delight in where I take you. Wild imaginings. Wild and impossible to you, Planned and Sure in My Hands.

“All Honor, and Glory to God Most High. Praise Him now along with the angels. Praise, praise, PRAISE, all heaven and earth. The Lord comes down to earth to bring His BREAKTHROUGH. Hallelujah and Amen.”

and the Lord at their head.

Isaiah 40:31: But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary; they will walk and not be faint.

II Corinthians 10:4: For the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh but have divine power to destroy strongholds.

Isaiah 55:8-9: For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,” declares the Lord. “As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts.

II Corinthians 9:6-8: Now this I say, he who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and he who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully. Each one must do just as he has purposed in his heart, not grudgingly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver. And God is able to make all grace abound to you, so that always having all sufficiency in everything, you may have an abundance for every good deed.

Philippians 4:19: And my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus.

Psalm 138:7-8: Though I walk in the midst of trouble, You will revive me;
You will stretch forth Your hand against the wrath of my enemies, and Your right hand will save me. The Lord will accomplish what concerns me. Your lovingkindness, O Lord, is everlasting; Do not forsake the works of Your hands.

Ephesians 2:10: For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand so that we would walk in them.

Luke 1:37: For nothing will be impossible with God.

“My Kingdom Rising. What does this mean? How do you Rise with Me?

“You have a saying – ‘rise to the occasion.’ It is a good saying. A helpful and definitive one for the question I have posed. When you say you ‘rise to the occasion,’ you speak of mustering within yourself the courage, energy, and power needed for some new situation that has come upon you. This phrase means taking on courage to face the new circumstance. The phrase speaks of the exact opposite of complacency. Of refusing to see. Or seeing but turning away in purposeful denial. MY KINGDOM RISES. Who is My Kingdom? My Kingdom is YOU. My People, standing in Glory, performing My Will on earth. Testifying of Me, your Savior and Redeemer, through the way you live and the words you speak. I now call every member of My Kingdom to RISE HIGHER. No matter the battle behind you – and how well you have fought it – I now require MORE of you.

“Is there an end to Me? Have I not spoken to you again and again that I AM BOUNDLESS? You shall never find My end, My boundary. Therefore there is always a Higher Rising ahead of you. You Rise with Me as you grow in understanding of Me and love for Me. You Rise with Me as you continue to say YES to whatever I ask of you – even before that request is fully defined. As every member of My Kingdom rises to carry My Glory and Power as never before – collectively MY KINGDOM RISES.

“Remember My constant exhortations to you, My People. That you lack NOTHING with Me. I have given you ALL Authority over this earth and over your enemy. Your Authority was bought by My Blood. A costly price, wouldn’t you say? Therefore DO NOT SQUANDER IT.

“As My Kingdom Rises, your enemy falls. You will now Rise to this Biblical occasion, prophesied over the millennia, to build My Kingdom on earth. Your enemy is terrified, seeing what is coming. He is terrified to see what YOU have become. And your future of GREATER becoming. Your Faith, your Authority wielded according to My guidance, leaves no room for him to maneuver in success. You trample your enemy. You crush him.

“Continue to pray for those in My Church whose eyes are still not open. I WILL OPEN THEIR EYES. Continue to pray for My Great Harvest – the Harvest that is yours to bring in.

“Is it too much to ask you to Rise with Me? Would you rather turn a blind eye and be trampled in the battle? There shall be no in between. No ‘gray area.’ You will either Rise with Me as needed to fight for My Kingdom Come, or you will fall. I provide you with all you need, My Children. Do you truly still not understand that you lack NOTHING as you stand beside Me? You will indeed not fail to understand for long as you go out to battle with Me. For your experience shall bring your revelation, your understanding. You question what you do not know, what you have never seen before. Questions fall away in the LIGHT of EXPERIENCE. There is a point when a soldier in training must go out to his first battle. In the battle, in the melee, he learns how to fight. And he learns his strength. And he learns the Wisdom of his Commander. Your Commander is ALL WISE. The greatest strategist ever in existence fights beside you. And so again I say, what do you lack? Any lack is on your part, not Mine. Therefore – ask Me to show you where your weaknesses lie, and I will respond. I will strengthen you.

“Your greatest Joys and Victories are ahead of you, My People. Trust Me now as I lead you. Hold nothing back from Me – and I will hold nothing back from you. Amen.”

Luke 17:20-21: Being asked by the Pharisees when the kingdom of God would come, he answered them, “The kingdom of God is not coming in ways that can be observed, nor will they say, ‘Look, here it is!’ or ‘There!’ for behold, the kingdom of God is in the midst of you.”

Matthew 6:10: Your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.

Daniel 2:44: And in the days of those kings the God of heaven will set up a kingdom that shall never be destroyed, nor shall the kingdom be left to another people. It shall break in pieces all these kingdoms and bring them to an end, and it shall stand forever.

I Corinthians 4:20: For the kingdom of God does not consist in words but in power.

Daniel 7:27: And the kingdom and the dominion and the greatness of the kingdoms under the whole heaven shall be given to the people of the saints of the Most High; his kingdom shall be an everlasting kingdom, and all dominions shall serve and obey him.

Psalm 103:19: The Lord has established his throne in the heavens, and his kingdom rules over all.

Matthew 16:19: I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven, and whatever you bind on earth shall be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.

Luke 10:19: Behold, I have given you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing will injure you.

Psalm 91:13: You will tread upon the lion and cobra, the young lion and the serpent you will trample down.

Romans 16:20: The God of peace will soon crush Satan under your feet.

Matthew 9:37-38: Then He said to His disciples, “The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. Therefore beseech the Lord of the harvest to send out workers into His harvest.”

Romans 8:37-39:  But in all these things we overwhelmingly conquer through Him who loved us. For I am convinced that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Psalm 108:13: Through God we will do valiantly, and it is He who shall tread down our adversaries.

Deuteronomy 20:4: …for the Lord your God is the one who goes with you, to fight for you against your enemies, to save you.

Isaiah 41:10: Do not fear, for I am with you; Do not anxiously look about you, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, surely I will help you, surely I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.

“In the absence of light, there I AM. There is no darkness when you are with Me. Even when all you see is darkness, you have My LIGHT in you. In Me there is no darkness at all. With Me, you have the ability to see through all darkness, physical and spiritual. See with the spiritual eyes I give you. See and UNDERSTAND. See and PERCEIVE. Know that the darkness will remain for the wicked who refuse to repent before Me. Their darkness shall be forever. Your LIGHT shall be your ETERNAL LIFE.

“Remember these words, My People. Remember these words about darkness and My Light. YOU WILL NEED TO REMEMBER. My WORD is Light within you. My Promises are Light within you. Walk in these. Even in the valley of the shadow of death, WALK IN THESE. Remember your AUTHORITY given to you through My Son’s Blood. The Blood of Jesus conquers all. Your enemy was long ago conquered by His Blood. ‘Eat My flesh and drink My blood,’ Jesus said again and again while He was on the earth. This commandment goes out to you still, My People. I invite you to eat the flesh and drink the blood of your Savior daily. This Act of Remembrance of Jesus and His atonement for you will strengthen you through the coming days. Make this important Act of Remembrance part of your daily praise and worship before Him.

“Praise Me in the fight. Praise Me FOR the fight. For the fight over the nations is MINE. MY VICTORY. I choose you, My People, to fight with Me on earth. To be My mouth of Truth. To be the carriers of My Glory. To be My WITNESSES. You shall bring in the harvest as you have never harvested before. Look ahead to the fulfillment of ALL My Harvest. Look now, daily, to what you are called to do for Me. Your daily service to Me. Your daily WALK with Me. Your daily sacrifice to and for Me. Your ALL for My ALL. A divine exchange – greatly in your favor.

“To the ONE who sits on the throne, to the GLORY OF THE AGES, be all Praise, Honor, Glory, and Power forever and ever. Amen.”

I John 1:5: This is the message we have heard from Him and announce to you, that God is Light, and in Him there is no darkness at all.

Psalm 139:11-12: If I say, “Surely the darkness will overwhelm me, and the light around me will be night,” even the darkness is not dark to You, and the night is as bright as the day. Darkness and light are alike to You.

I Samuel 2:9: He keeps the feet of His godly ones, but the wicked ones are silenced in darkness.

I John 5:20: We know also that the Son of God has come and has given us understanding, so that we may know him who is true. And we are in him who is true by being in his Son Jesus Christ. He is the true God and eternal life.

Micah 7:7-8: But as for me, I will watch expectantly for the Lord; I will wait for the God of my salvation. My God will hear me. Do not rejoice over me, O my enemy. Though I fall I will rise; Though I dwell in darkness, the Lord is a light for me.

Psalm 23:4: Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I fear no evil, for You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me.

John 6:53-57:  So Jesus said to them, “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink His blood, you have no life in yourselves. He who eats My flesh and drinks My blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up on the last day. For My flesh is true food, and My blood is true drink. He who eats My flesh and drinks My blood abides in Me, and I in him. As the living Father sent Me, and I live because of the Father, so he who eats Me, he also will live because of Me.

II Corinthians 3:18: But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as from the Lord, the Spirit.

Revelation 5:13: And I heard every creature in heaven and on earth and under the earth and in the sea, and all that is in them, saying: “To Him who sits on the throne and to the Lamb be praise and honor and glory and power forever and ever!”

“Great waters are coming, but they will not envelope you, My People. Pray now for your complete preparation. REST in Me. And when this flood comes to you, oh America, you will be Prepared. You will be at Peace. You will stand back and watch My Judgment of the wicked, even as you and your families are protected.

“How much do you TRUST Me? Do you trust Me enough to stand unshaken in My Peace even as the Storm rages around you? If the thought of such a Storm frightens you – come to Me, your Captain in the Storm. I will prepare you – but only as you allow Me to do so. I seek to sink your piers deep into the ocean floor so that you will not be shaken when the waves rise. The waves are not for you, My People. Remember this. Grasp this statement into your soul. It is easy to nod your head now. But in the midst of crashing waves, will you remember and stand firm? I need My People to stand firm, both for the good of yourselves and your families, and as a testimony to those around you who are tossed about and terrified.

“This message to you is not new. I have spoken again and again of the Storm America will soon face. Remember this – I speak no words simply to hear My own Voice. I speak repetition to call your attention to the fast approach of the issue. I call you into fasting and prayer in order to prepare yourselves to be the Beacons of Light I expect you to be during the Storm. Ask Me to reveal to you your areas of weakness in your Preparation. I will answer.

“I AM forever your port, your tower in the Storm. But you must come to Me – to where I AM. Read My verses in My Bible regarding this. Read them with fresh eyes. And understand the weight, the immensity of these promises to YOU.

“I AM ever present. I will NEVER leave you. Consider your grounding in these Promises. And come to Me now for whatever strengthening you need. You lack NOTHING in Me.

“To the One who is All Powerful, the One who is LORD OVER THE STORM, be Glory, Honor, and Praise forever and ever. Amen.”

Here are some examples of the Lord being a place of refuge for His people during a storm, including His own storm of judgment:

Nahum 1:2-3, 7: A jealous and avenging God is the Lord; The Lord is avenging and wrathful. The Lord takes vengeance on His adversaries,
and He reserves wrath for His enemies. The Lord is slow to anger and great in power, and the Lord will by no means leave the guilty unpunished. In whirlwind and storm is His way, and clouds are the dust beneath His feet…The Lord is good, a stronghold in the day of trouble,
and He knows those who take refuge in Him.

Psalm 32:6-7: Therefore, let everyone who is godly pray to You in a time when You may be found; Surely in a flood of great waters they will not reach him. You are my hiding place; You preserve me from trouble; You surround me with songs of deliverance. 

Proverbs 18:10: The name of the Lord is a strong tower; The righteous runs into it and is safe.

Isaiah 43:2: “When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; And through the rivers, they will not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be scorched, nor will the flame burn you.

II Samuel 22:2-7: The Lord is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer;
My God, my rock, in whom I take refuge, My shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold and my refuge; My savior, You save me from violence. I call upon the Lord, who is worthy to be praised, and I am saved from my enemies. For the waves of death encompassed me; the torrents of destruction overwhelmed me; The cords of Sheol surrounded me; The snares of death confronted me. In my distress I called upon the Lord. Yes, I cried to my God; And from His temple He heard my voice, and my cry for help came into His ears.

Psalm 34:15-17: The eyes of the Lord are toward the righteous and His ears are open to their cry. The face of the Lord is against evildoers, to cut off the memory of them from the earth. The righteous cry, and the Lord hears and delivers them out of all their troubles.

Mark 4:37-41: And there arose a fierce gale of wind, and the waves were breaking over the boat so much that the boat was already filling up. Jesus Himself was in the stern, asleep on the cushion; and they woke Him and said to Him, “Teacher, do You not care that we are perishing?” And He got up and rebuked the wind and said to the sea, “Hush, be still.” And the wind died down and it became perfectly calm. And He said to them, “Why are you afraid? Do you still have no faith?” They became very much afraid and said to one another, “Who then is this, that even the wind and the sea obey Him?”

Psalm 107:28-31: Then they cried to the Lord in their trouble, and He brought them out of their distresses. He caused the storm to be still, so that the waves of the sea were hushed. Then they were glad because they were quiet, so He guided them to their desired haven. Let them give thanks to the Lord for His lovingkindness, and for His wonders to the sons of men!

Psalm 89:8-9: O Lord God of hosts, who is like You, O mighty Lord? Your faithfulness also surrounds You. You rule the swelling of the sea;
When its waves rise, You still them.

Psalm 46:1-3: God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear, though the earth should change and though the mountains slip into the heart of the sea; Though its waters roar and foam, though the mountains quake at its swelling pride. 

Isaiah 25:4: For You have been a defense for the helpless, a defense for the needy in his distress, a refuge from the storm, a shade from the heat;
For the breath of the ruthless is like a rain storm against a wall.

“I come upon the breath of My Truth. I come to the nations to judge and reward based on My TRUTH. The feet of the Lion of Judah touch down upon the earth to walk its soil. To call for Judgment where needed and to call for Reward to those who follow Me. My Judgment upon the unrepentant wicked is for all to see. For through My Judgment, My Righteousness shines. What good is a Righteous God who never displays His Righteousness? Who sees sin and injustice and merely shrugs? Understand this, all people of the earth – I NEVER shrug. I wait in My Mercy, I give time for repentance. I call and call to the wicked, giving them warning after warning. I do not rejoice in judging the wicked. I would that I do not have to judge anyone. But judge I shall, when My Mercy no longer can apply. When My Mercy can no longer be felt, can no longer penetrate a heart so hardened against it. I weigh Judgment and Mercy in My Hands. I judge to punish for sin, I judge to save the innocent.

“My Kingdom come on earth cannot come without the winnowing fork of my Judgment and Reward. For through this very reaping My Power and Glory shall be seen by all. Many people on the earth – people I created – do not know how to FEAR Me. The FEAR of the Lord is the BEGINNING OF WISDOM. Without FEAR of Me, no one can set his course aright. No one can be cleansed of his sin against Me. THE EARTH MUST LEARN TO FEAR ME. The FEAR of Me brings reverence toward Me. It places Me as Head of ALL. It does not forget that you are the created, and I AM GOD. Only through this proper reverence of Me can you love Me and follow Me as you should.

“I require Holiness. I require Purity. I will build My Kingdom on earth within My People who walk in My Holiness and the Authority given to them through My Blood. Great Warriors cannot rise to such greatness without understanding their Authority and Power. Great Warriors fight as one for a common goal. The Great Warriors of My Kingdom will rise in Power, displaying signs, wonders, and miracles in My Name – all through the Glory of My Name. Look to this Promise, O My People. Those of you who still look to the skies for Me to sneak to the earth and take you out of it – it is time for you to realign your expectations with My plans. My People are not helpless. They need not be rescued. On the great contrary, YOU are needed on this earth to carry My Glory to the nations. To bring in My Harvest and disciple them as they grow into My Great Warriors.

“It starts with Judgment. With Judgment, Justice finally comes. Displayed on earth for all to see. As My People rise, so shall My Glory rise upon the Earth. As you walk in ALL the Authority I give you under My Blood, you shall fear NOTHING from your enemy. For you shall be VICTORIOUS. LIMITLESS.

“Amen.”

Isaiah 40:10: Behold, the Lord God will come with might, with His arm ruling for Him. Behold, His reward is with Him and His recompense before Him.

Revelation 5:5: One of the elders said to me, “Stop weeping; behold, the Lion that is from the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, has overcome so as to open the book and its seven seals.”

Amos 3:7-8: Surely the Lord God does nothing unless He reveals His secret counsel to His servants the prophets. A lion has roared! Who will not fear? The Lord God has spoken! Who can but prophesy?

Psalm 98:1-2, 9: O sing to the Lord a new song, for He has done wonderful things. His right hand and His holy arm have gained the victory for Him. The Lord has made known His salvation; He has revealed His righteousness in the sight of the nations…He is coming to judge the earth; He will judge the world with righteousness and the peoples with equity.

Matthew 6:10: Your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.

Proverbs 1:7: The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge; Fools despise wisdom and instruction.

Ephesians 6:11: Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes.

Matthew 9:37-38: Then He said to His disciples, “The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. Therefore beseech the Lord of the harvest to send out workers into His harvest.”

Matthew 28:18-20: And Jesus came up and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”

I Corinthians 15:57: Thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.

I John 5:4: For whatever is born of God overcomes the world; and this is the victory that has overcome the world—our faith.
